UNBREAKLABEL® guarantees and warrants that:Plastics (polypropylene, polystyrene and crystal Tritan ) are used in accordance with current legislation: European Directive 2002/72 with the Commission of 6 August 2002 on materials and plastics and are intended to fit with foods commodities .Regulation (EC) No 975/2009 of the Commission of 19 October 2009 amending Council Directive No. 2002/72 on materials and articles made of plastics are intended to fit with food commodities; Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 October relating to plastic materials and articles intended to be suitable with food commodities. Regulation (EU) No. 10 / 2011 the Committee on 14 January 2011 on materials and articles plastic materials intended to fit with food comodities; Directive 2007/19 EC of the Committee on 2 April 2007 establishing the list of stimulants to be used for testing migration of constituents of plastics materials and articles intended to fit with food commodities.

Dye stuff, pigments and printing inks are used in line with current legislation: Circular No. 176 of December 2, 1959 consolidated and amended on pigments and dyes stuff plastics and packaging. Opinion of the Superior Council of Hygiene of France on 7 November 1995 on inks and polished impressions of packaging in contact with food commodities.

Conforms to the bill adopted by the French National Assembly on 28/11/2012 and supervised by the precautionary principle adopted by the North American continent, we certify that all our containers made of crystal polystyrene, polypropylene and Tritan are free Bisphenol A (BPA). The amenities suppliers and migration tests are available and are under the rules of confidentiality.
